feature101 is built and run by an individual developer, @Sanjoy_droid, not a registered company. By using the site, CLI, or purchasing a Pro license, you agree to these terms.
What we collect
- Email address — collected when you sign in via magic link (Better Auth). Used solely to authenticate you and deliver the sign-in link.
- Account & license data — user ID, session tokens, and (if you purchase Pro) your license key and plan status.
- Payment data — handled entirely by Dodo Payments. We never see or store your card details. We receive only confirmation of payment, your email, and a Dodo-issued customer/payment ID.
- Basic technical data — IP address and user agent may be logged as part of session security (standard Better Auth behavior).
What we don't do
- No advertising or tracking cookies.
- No marketing emails — transactional email (magic link sign-in) only, sent via Resend.
- We don't sell or share your data with third parties beyond what's needed to run the service (listed below).
Third-party processors
- Dodo Payments — payment processing and billing (Merchant of Record).
- Neon — PostgreSQL database hosting (EU, eu-west-2).
- Vercel — application hosting.
- Resend — transactional email delivery (magic link sign-in only).
- Google Search Console — used only for site verification and search indexing insight; does not set tracking cookies on your browser.
Cookies
We use a single functional session cookie (set by Better Auth) to keep you signed in. It's not used for tracking or advertising.
Data retention & deletion
Your data is retained as long as your account exists. To request deletion of your account and associated data, email contact@feature101.dev. Requests are typically processed within a few days.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at the email above. If you're in the EU/UK, this includes rights under GDPR; we honor equivalent requests for all users regardless of location.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
